Jim Korn started playing guitar at age 13, influenced by his father's collection of rock and soul music from the 60's and 70's.  He attended Millikin University and studied classical guitar in the mid 90's.  In 2002 Jim found his sound in the low ground as he began playing bass exclusively.  He has contributed his skills to The Straight and Narrow Way Baptist Church, playing with the gospel band and choir.  Jim's been recorded on the punk compilation "The Harder The Better Volume Two" on Turkey Vulture Records, and has worked on numerous projects with techno-funk artist Walter Perry at Dorothy Jean Studios.  Jim joined forces with Milwaukee blues staple Stacks Edward in 2003, performed in the Stacks Edward Band for 4 years.  When Stacks moved, Jim teamed-up with Joe Eko and Coupe Deville.
